Exclusivity of Returns Please note that our return policy applies exclusively to products purchased on Orlane.com. We are unable to accept returns for Orlane products bought from other retailers or websites.

Return Period If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Orlane.com, you are entitled to return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of receipt for a full refund, subject to the following conditions.

Conditions for Return

  • The items must be returned in their original condition: unopened, unused, and with all seals, tags, and packaging intact.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase from Orlane.com must accompany your return.

Returns Process

  1. Contact our customer service department via email at info@orlane.com or call 877.737.5353 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided by our customer service team.

Please be aware that return shipping costs are not covered by Orlane, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

Refunds Upon receipt and inspection of the item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.

Exchanges We offer exchanges exclusively for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the returns process.

Non-returnable Items gift cards and promotional items cannot be returned

Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged or incorrect item from Orlane.com, please contact us immediately for assistance.
